The Hale for Governor campaign today announced the endorsements of Delegate Kathy Szeliga and Delegate Ryan Nawrocki, adding two more respected conservative leaders to the growing coalition supporting businessman Ed Hale’s campaign for Governor of Maryland.
Szeliga, a longtime conservative leader and former Republican nominee for United States Senate, said Maryland Republicans need a candidate focused on affordability, economic growth, and defeating Wes Moore in November.
“Maryland families are being crushed by rising costs, higher taxes, and failed leadership from Annapolis,” said Delegate Kathy Szeliga. “Ed Hale understands what it takes to grow businesses, create jobs, and bring common-sense leadership back to state government. He’s focused on the issues Marylanders actually care about, lowering costs, restoring public safety, and making our state affordable again. I’m proud to support Ed Hale for Governor.”
Nawrocki said Hale’s outsider background and business experience make him uniquely qualified to turn Maryland around.
“People are tired of career politicians and the same failed policies that continue hurting working families,” said Delegate Ryan Nawrocki. “Ed Hale has built successful businesses, created jobs, and understands how to lead. He’s offering real solutions to the affordability crisis facing our state, and I’m proud to stand with him in this campaign.”
Hale said he was honored to receive the endorsements from two respected conservative voices in Baltimore County and across Maryland.
“Kathy Szeliga and Ryan Nawrocki have both been strong advocates for taxpayers, public safety, and Maryland families,” said Ed Hale. “They understand the challenges people are facing every day because they hear it directly from their constituents. I’m grateful for their support and look forward to working together to lower taxes, grow our economy, and get Maryland back on the right track.”
The endorsements continue to build momentum for the Hale for Governor campaign as Republican leaders across Maryland coalesce around Hale’s vision to restore affordability, strengthen communities, and bring accountable leadership back to Annapolis.
